Online Library Card Application

Complete the online application form below and you will receive an e-mail within 3 working days with a temporary barcode that will allow access to the Newberg Public Library Online Resources

You must visit the library within 30 days to complete a library card application.  Please bring identification and verification of current address to receive your permanent library card.

The Newberg Public Library is supported by the taxpayers residing within the city limits of Newberg. There are cooperative agreements with other areas that provide tax support for the library. Subsequently, online Library cards are available free of charge to:

  • City of Newberg Residents
  • High School or younger students living in the Newberg School District

If you live outside of the City of Newberg, you may or may not be eligible for a card without a fee, submit the form below and we will be able to provide you with more information.
