NEWBERG LIBRARY FRIENDS

The Newberg Library Friends is an all-volunteer group whose focus is to assist the library through interesting and worthwhile functions.  Supporting children's programs, expanding library resources, sponsoring book sales to raise funds, and encouraging community support are only a few of their many contributions.  Anyone is welcome to join by paying a small annual membership fee of $5.

Last year, the Friends supported summer reading, programs throughout the year, the microfilm machine, and shelving for the Carnegie Room. Thanks to the Friends, and all their customers, for these wonderful additions to the Library.

The Friends hold their regular monthly business meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

For more information, contact the Newberg Public Library
at 538-7323 or ask at the Circulation Desk for more information.
