The Newberg Public Library provides free wireless Internet access for your personal laptop computer. This service is available on the second floor of the Library. If you have a wireless enabled laptop it is as simple as turning on your computer, launching your Web browser and surfing the net. 

How the service works:

·    Users need to supply and configure their own equipment.
·    Wireless connection is only available on the second floor of the Library.
·    Printing and software programs are not available via the wireless connection.
·    Library Staff cannot provide instruction or assist with setting up your equipment.
·    The Library's "Acceptable Use Guidelines for the Internet" also applies to wireless use.
·    As with most public wireless "hot spots," the Library's wireless connection is not secure.
